We don't have training wheels anymore!

This week we were notified by KPUD

“You are officially our largest residential provider”

This is a huge milestone for us. First off, one of the other providers had a two year head start; they were the only provider on the system for years. We were the second provider to offer service. I had no intention or aspiration of being the largest provider on the system. We have grown steadily, with a few occasional high density pops.

During this time, our bandwidth requirement has grown 250 times from where we started. Our monthly wholesale fees are over $30,000.00 now. Yup, my internet bill is $30K per month, makes yours not so bad!

We will continue to work hard to provide great, reliable service. We continue to work with KPUD for more resiliency and more gross bandwidth to accommodate the needs not now, but 2 years from now; capital projects take time as well as money.

Anyways, just wanted to drop a line to say “Thank you”! You had confidence in us and we have provided quality service to retain you as our customer.
